I believe the R4 card for the nintendo DS lite has potential for doing even bigger things besides running DS roms. I’m sure that with the DS lite or the new DSi, with a bit of tinkering you could easily load your own personal OS on it(Windows, Linux, etc)and do some crazy things with it. I wonder If anyone has even thought about doing something like that. I’m sure it would be very interesting.
Yes exactly though it encourages piracy its an excellent addon for nintendo no matter what, you can store a lot of data with memory chip inserted in to them also easily install softwares and when it all comes handy I wont mind buying one for
my DS.
The R4 saps power out of your ds so it turns red in about 10 hrs. A M3 ds simply would be much better because it doesn’t do that.
